Notes

This is a one-sided cellulose lacquer acetate for the 7", set inside a 10" surround. It has a CBS Studios label on side A with logo and address at the top. The leftover space was filled in handwriting with the following information: "A", "Morrissey", "14/11/89" (?), "November Spawned A Monster 5:24". The b-side has no label because there is no music on that side. This acetate has been seen in a generic brown die-cut card sleeve
